GV Brisbane is delighted to announce a One Week study tour adventure down under for July and August. Our Whale and Water Adventure offers study tour groups a week in Australia they will remember forever.

The tour combines English classes and homestay accommodation with some of Australia's most popular activities including an unforgettable humpback whale watching experience.

Activities

Brisbane City Tour and River Cruise

Forget bus tours, the only way to really see Brisbane is via our sleek City Cat Boats that form an integral part of our City's Transport Network. From parklands, to Botanic Gardens, world class Universities, famous landmarks, historical churches and buildings, to ever popular family weekend escapes, all can be viewed on the River Cruise.

Underwater World and the Sunshine Coast

Sharks, stingrays, whales, crocodiles, seals, turtles, eels and endless species of fish, you will see all of these creatures of the deep and so much more, as you take a step underwater, at the Sunshine Coast's leading tourist attraction. After saying goodbye to our ocean friends, you'll spend the afternoon enjoying the crystal blue water and golden sands of one of Australia's most famous and magnificent beaches.

Kayaking through Boondall Wetlands

Boondall Wetlands, includes more than 1,000 hectares of forest, mangroves and grasslands that is home to many species of bird life, frogs, reptiles, butterflies, bats, possums and squirrel gliders. The perfect way to take in the flora and fauna contained within the Wetlands is by taking a relaxing and scenic kayak. Kayaking is suitable for people of all ages and levels of experience.

Whale Watching

From the months of June to October, herds of humpback whales make their annual migration up and down the East Coast of Australia. On board a luxury catamaran, just off Moreton Island, is the perfect place to be to view these majestic creatures of the ocean. The cruise takes approximately 3 hours and includes a cold buffet lunch.
