Hello,

I was born in Marbach am Neckar in Germany while my parents were studying abroad there. Growing up as the son of a diplomat, we moved around a lot and so nature and nurture have both been strong forces leading me to a career in English Language Training (ELT). Having first taught with my wife in Taejon, South Korea, we then moved to Hannover, Germany where my son was born!

Languages are a very important part of my life and my ability to speak German has often helped me gain a better understanding of my colleagues in German speaking countries - not to mention helping me have the confidence to tackle a few Asian languages as well. As my two children are now studying Spanish – I can see more lessons for me in the future!
